Brief Description of Main Deliverables/Outputs:
General objective: Participation on the international tender for concession on rivers “Crna Reka” and “Mala Reka” for construction of HPPs “Cebren and Galiste” and “Boskov Most” HPPs on the principle DBOT (Design, Build, Operate and Transfer) Price analysis of supply and construction on the Macedonian market about civil works and electromechanical hydropower plant Specific objectives: • Estimate, verify and report the current state of market pricing for execution of civil works as listed in the Specification attached to the request. • Estimated, verify and report the current state of market pricing for supply and erection of electromechanical equipment as listed in the Specification attached to the request.

Role on the Assignment

The activities implemented under this assignment were:

Coordination of the work with the ETF Country Manager;

Provided consultations to relevant stakeholders and comprehensive stocktaking on any data and information relevant to the questions contained in the questionnaire;

Provided submission to the ETF for a review of a first draft national report in English based on the completed questionnaire, following the structures outlined in Annex 1;

Integrated the comments received by ETF and submission to the ETF of the final draft of the national report in English based on the completed questionnaire; Translated the final report based on the questionnaire into the Macedonian language and dissemination among the key stakeholders in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
