Terms of Reference (TOR) for Local Short-Term Expert (LSTE) for the Preparation of Brochure on EU SME Support Organizations and Networks

Brief Description of Main Deliverables/Outputs:
The objective of the project was to obtain a detailed review of the SME sector for 2008. The analysis should to be used for drafting the SME policy in the country, preparation of annual government programmes for SMEs, reference to other donor projects etc.

Role on the Assignment

Provided technical assistance in drafting the SMEs annual statistical report for 2008.

The service comprised:

Collecting and updating the data base;

Organizing meetings with the relevant stakeholders;

Preparing the report;

Translation.
