GPM Consulting is an independent 100% privately owned company operating within the intersection of public and private sectors. The company was established by a group of experts with the goal of providing a broad range of professional consultancy support to governments and the private sector to reach their goals.


As a multi-cultural company, our services focus on international development and include monitoring and evaluation, capacity and organizational development, technical assistance, policy advice, development of management guidelines at policy, programme and project level, and studies, surveys and analyses – all services covering a broad variety of sectors and themes. Through the years the initially small group of enthusiasts today counts over 20.000 high profiled local and international experts with extensive professional experience in the areas of our interest. Since its establishment in 2005, GPM Consulting has successfully implemented over 100 international projects, and can rely on partner organizations in numerous countries worldwide.

The QMS sets a framework which enables GPM Consulting‘s teams to act in an independent and self-responsible manner satisfying customers’ demands.

GPM Consulting`s principle of consultancy work is based on participation in order to manage social, organizational or individual change. Technical inputs are only one important component to facilitate development. To make it sustainable, it has to be based on people. Sustainable development therefore requires a people-oriented, participatory approach to management and consultancy.

Our teams of consultants therefore integrate varied, relevant skills – namely technical skills and the socio-economic and communication skills needed to facilitate and manage a process of change.
