Role on the Assignment

GPM Consulting acted as Lead Designer and Architect of the kupi‑e.com project, responsible for:

Designing the overall project concept and technical architecture.

Leading the multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, full‑stack developers, UX designers, logistics experts, and compliance specialists.

Ensuring integration of GDPR‑aligned data protection, secure payments, and consumer‑rights compliance.

Overseeing deployment, testing, and refinement of the e‑commerce ecosystem.

Coordinating institutional capacity building, vendor training, and sustainability measures — identical to the leadership role in the AI ecosystem project. Conducted in close cooperation with Shopify.
