General objective: Participation on the international tender for concession on rivers “Crna Reka” and “Mala Reka” for construction of HPPs “Cebren and Galiste” and “Boskov Most” HPPs on the principle DBOT (Design, Build, Operate and Transfer) Price analysis of supply and construction on the Macedonian market about civil works and electromechanical hydropower plant Specific objectives: • Estimate, verify and report the current state of market pricing for execution of civil works as listed in the Specification attached to the request. • Estimated, verify and report the current state of market pricing for supply and erection of electromechanical equipment as listed in the Specification attached to the request.

Role on the Assignment

In the project implementation 2 Experts were engaged (Civil and Electrical Engineers). They provided complete Price analyses of the market prices of the civil works and other civil construction services and electromechanical equipment for the construction of a hydropower plant in Macedonia (Public Private Partnership between ELEM – Producer of electricity and the investor), in particularly:
