Brief Description of Main Deliverables/Outputs:
Global objective The project objectives was fostering a favorable environment for entrepreneurship and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), improving the competitiveness of Macedonian companies in the domestic and international markets, encouraging better exploitation of the innovative potential of enterprises as well as improving their performance by enhancing their functional skills. Support to local infrastructure for social and economic cohesion. The LSTE for the preparation of the brochure on EU SME Support Organizations and Networks should operate in line with the ToRs of this project for Component III (Innovation Strengthening / Activity III.3.1 Increase number of enterprises integrated into national/international network and promote the use of R&D). The global objective of the assignment was to prepare an overview on EU SME Support Organizations and Networks. Specific objective(s) The specific objective of the assignment was to prepare a brochure based on the findings in the overview paper on SME Support Organizations and Networks in EU countries. Beneficiaries: Direct beneficiaries of the assignment are: • SME Dep. (Ministry of Economy) • APPRM (Agency for Promotion of the Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Macedonia) • Regional centers • Other Business Support Organizations
